The filename of this contribution is fedex1.php. If a product doesn't have weight defined, 3 lbs is displayed on checkout page. If the product has wieght defined, I defined one products weight as 8 and went to checkout. It appeared as 11lbs. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks. Chances are you have a declared tare weight in your admin shipping configuration of 3 pounds. Take at look in your ADMIN panel under SHIPPING/PACKAGING. Take at look in your ADMIN panel under SHIPPING/PACKAGING. The amount you have as your TARE WIEGHT is added to your product weight to come up with the chargeable weight for shipping.
