BaileyBoy Posted December 23, 2005 Share Posted December 23, 2005 'ello 'ello: Whenever I get an order via credit card I get an accompanying order in my pending queue, this is not the case for most PayPal orders, I simply get a notice from PayPal that there are new funds in my account and then I have to (embarassingly) e-mail the cutomer to see what they ordered. The customers are not coming back to your site after making payment. Install the ipn contribution and it will record the order as they leave the site. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution?
