Thanx a lot for your help That usually occurs when you browser is being asked to display a file which it doesn't understand how to display so tries to download the file. What is the name of the file that you are being prompted to save or download? Be well, Tina If you're not having fun you're not doing it right Teach a person to fish rather than give them a loaf of bread or however that saying goes. ♥Vger
It's just a guess, but it sounds as though the server doesn't have PHP installed. Vger

MaBiSmAd
Vger's advice is likely correct then. Check with your web host for help. Tina and Vger are both long time, experienced users of oscommerce. If they have not seen this and searching in these forums did not turn up anything, it would be best to follow their advise and check with your web host for help on this.
