geobend Posted December 23, 2005 Share Posted December 23, 2005 The scenario that I have is that a customer makes a purchase and is able to check out but the payment does not get charged to there card and I have no record of it in my virtual terminal. I am using Authorize.net for the gateway and have the module installed with all of the correct information. Any thought on why this may be happening? I have set up another site and had no problems.
