Our Store - Another Store's Categories!! URGENT

We've just discovered that the store http://fountains-by-gavin.com/ecommerce/os/catalog/ is suddenly displaying and linking to the categories for gpsgeeks.com!!!!

 

The database looks fine, the products are correct - but those categories!!!

 

Suggestions?

You are on a shared server and you have you cache setup incorrectly as is the other store so you are both sharing info. You need to create a directory under your domain and then set the correct cache path in your admin.

That sounds about right. I called the host already and they insisted there was no problem. By that time the info was in my cache. When I rebooted it was ok again --- and the other store is a site I've never been to. I'm going to check whois for gpsgeek's host - I'll bet it is ipowerweb, the host of my client.

You can also solve the problem in your osC admin panel, under Configuration --> Cache by setting Use Cache to false.
