SJones Posted December 23, 2005 Share Posted December 23, 2005 I am setting up verisign payflow link and I ran a test transaction and it processed all the way through. I found the transaction in verisign. But when I looked in the admin section for orders there was no record of the order. any thoughts? on where I would start to solve this problem. Did you come back to your site and get the order completed screen? Is the order still showing up in your cart? The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Did you end up and the checkout success page when you placed the order? The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? SJones Posted December 23, 2005 Author Share Posted December 23, 2005 Yes, after I entered the correct address in verisign return url, I ended at the success page and there was nothing in my cart. I am using a shared server, but I don't have a security certificate yet from GeoTrust. This is a Virtual Server of mine and this is one of the clients on my server. Have you checked to make sure the problem does not show up just for verisign payments? Trying different modules would let you know if it was a verisign specific error or not. If you are coming back to the checkout success page then osC shoud be completing the order. It could also be a sessions issue ( your session getting lost and by the time you get to the checkout success osC forgets who you are) The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? If I log in again my items are still in my shopping cart. If you are not ending up at the checkout succes page that is why the items are still in your cart. Sounds like a sessions/cookie issue.
