I have setup a pure downloadable store and my customers are downlaoding the products but i want to know how many times the customer has downloaded the product. how would i know that.???? Guest Posted December 22, 2005 Share Posted December 22, 2005 you need to explain a bit more. you are the one who sets the amount of times a download is available for download and how many days before it expires. you can write a report for it. jkx Posted December 22, 2005 Author Share Posted December 22, 2005 maximum downloads are 5 times time duration is 3 months suppose its been 10 days since i approve the order and after 10 days i just want to check that the user has downloaded the product. there must be a report on users downloading.
