Contact us Email Problems

Hello Guys,

I'm having a little trouble with my contact us page. I'm testing to make sure I recieved an email but for some reason it is not sending the email?

 

So please could you tell me what should I do?

I already try with a public mail such as yahoo.com

and also with my company email @company.com

 

But I don't see anything working properly.
