PLease help me with the installation

I did what ever i was told thru the install file

now when i want to update a product in the admin section i get the following error.

 

1146 - Table 'db138094422.cache' doesn't exist

 

DELETE FROM cache WHERE cache_name LIKE '%seo_urls%'

 

[TEP STOP]

 

Also i dont see in the admin section anything about the SEO URL'S...

 

Please help i am ready to work with anyone out there.....
