Installation problem

Hi there. I'm trying to install OS Commerce onto a home computer for testing purposes.

 

i started the installation by going to http:/localhost/catalog/install

 

I clicked on INSTALL A NEW ONLINE STORE

 

I leave both IMPORT CATALOG DATABASE and the AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION checked.

 

BUT, the problem is when I click CONTINUE, nothing happens.

 

Does anyone know the solution to this? THanks in advance everyone. =)

The most common cause for installation getting stuck in step 2 is that most recent PHP installations have register_long_arrays = OFF. This needs to be turned to ON in the php.ini file (you will need to restart your web server and/or restart the server to get this change to take effect.)
