product images dont show

the product images show in the main list, but when you click on the product and get the description it doesnt work. It shows the price, but it is just blank where it should say CLICK TO ENLARGE should be. everythign is enable in the admin setup, anyone?

The problem is in product_info.php in the section that begins with: document.write

You have backslashes missing - possibly you edited the file using the file manager? (you shouldn't).

Look at a fresh file and copy that section over to your file.

i have no idea how id fix that so ill paste the document.write section of the code for you. actually ill just patse it all because im pretty new to this stuff, maybe something else is wrong. thanks alot

i created another osCommerce and copied the whole product_info text from the file manager and pasted it into my old product_info box. still the same problem.. i dont know what im doing wrong.. can you guys explain it a little more to me

Didn't I just say don't use the file manager?

Get the equivalent from the osc default file and replace it. Don't use the file manager for editing. Or get the entire file and replace it as Matti said earlier.

you upload using an ftp program and you edit using a regular editor even notepad will do.

ok thanks alot i got it fixed using smartFTP. but now i cant restore my products back to their originals. for some reason its using the demo products, i think i changed something somewhere when i was trying to figure this out, any ideas?
