Safe way to bulk remove products ?

Hi :

 

Please could anyone tell me if there is an easy and safe way to remove a large number of entries from the Product database tables ?

 

I've uploaded them via Easy Populate successfully, but now want to do some housekeeping !

 

And I don't really want to go hacking round the actual tables in PHPAdmin if possible...
