Securing my Admin folder using Front Page Extensions

I would appriciate a bit of help with this as I can't get it to work so that people can't view my Admin folder.

 

So far I have made a new front page web http://www.mydomain.com/catalog/admin

 

I think that is right so far but I can't get it to deny access to browsers i.e anoymous people on my site.

 

I have disabled anynomous access but to no avail.
