Account Passwords

Can the user account passwords be found out by the administrator of the cart, or are they locked away encrypted.

 

Why,

Because I have a friend who has just started an oscommerce site, and I want to upload several thousand customers to her database to get her started, but I do not want her to have access to the user account passwords as that would allow her to log into my cart and access personal purchasing user information.

they're md5 encrypted if i understand correctly.

 

but she has access to fiddle with their carts if she were to install something like master password
