Linit infoboxes to certain categories only

I have one category which needs an age certificate. I have installed an age verfication contribution & it works fine, however the What's New, New Products, Specials & Review boxes still show products from this category. How do I specify which products should be shown & which ones to exclude? I only want certain products shown when clicked on the corresponding category... Thank you very much for your help.
