Cheers Timon Quick thoughts: "Mens" should be "Men" Your layout is HUGE, too much in one page for someone to focus. Update your USP, you have a lot of competition so narrow it down. radders Posted December 21, 2005 Share Posted December 21, 2005 The site looks good but I wouldn't but from you for the following reasons: If the item is faulty you should refund completely and not deduct charges. As a buyer I should hope for compensation for the trouble I have been caused, not extra charges! Shipping is slow. Usually CD/DVD delivery would be about 2 working days not 2 weeks. Maybe you should look to supply the local market or do you have a unique product. Sorry I couldn't tell this as your stock is not yet loaded. In common with most of my customers I don't know if my player can play region 3 discs. You will perhaps need a way of making people confirm that they can play them before checking out or perhaps provide sample discs for people to check.
