Tax Rates messing up the Payment Module!

I know it sounds crazy, but auth net module does not work (the credit card input fields do not show up only on the auth net modules.)

 

First, we had a tax zone in for CA. But were having a bizarre problem.. the credit card input fields would only show up if the customer state was CA. Weird.

 

Then I changed the tax zones to ALL ZONES. That fixed the problem.

 

Then I decided to remove the tax zones all together and now the input fields on the authnet module do not appear again!

 

I added back the tax zones, but it did not fix the problem.

 

Any ideas?

Look at the payment module and make sure you do not have anything in the payment zone field. This is usually the cause of the payment only showing up in certain locations not the tax setup.
