Easy menu maker

Hi:

 

I'm trying to install "Easy Menu Maker V 1.0" contribution and I can't make it run. I can see the horizontal menu on my web, but items do not dropdown.

 

On read.txt file I can read the following:

 

"I tested this in all major browsers and it worked fine. However, in IE, I add to add the javascript to the actual file instead of being able to call it from the javascript directory. If the menus don't drop down, replace the last line above with the actual contents of the file. Be sure to include the beginning and ending script lines."

 

Could anybody tell me what means "the last line above" and which is the "file"???
