Chnage from Milestone 2 to Milestone 2 Update 051113

Can any one tell me please how can i change from Milestone 2 to Milestone 2 Update 051113 and which problem will i face will i loose my products or contributions addeded.

 

Also how can i do the change?

i have a LOT of contributions on my shop and i didn't lose any :)
