Tax not showed in products!!!!!

I have two stores, with the same zone for tax, and exactly the same % for that tax... Eveything seems to be correct. Both of them have the option "show prices with tax" on true. Why my second store is not showing prices with tax in product listing??? It doesn't even add the tax in the checkout proccess!! But everything in both admin panels is the same!! (And of course I'm adding the tax in each product...)

 

I'm completely lost, I haven't found anything in the forum (everybody seem to solve their problem before anyone gives an answer!) And I have to open my store soon... Please help!

I don't have my store set up to show prices with tax but I was having a problem with NJ tax not adding during checkout. My problem was that I forgot to define the rate under the "tax rates" section" in my admin. I set up the zone but didn't fill in the information there. I don't know if that will help you.

I think that isn't the problem for me.. I have all data completed in my admin.... There must be something else wrong.... Maybe something inside some code file... But thanks for your answer ;)
