install language pack error, pls. help

I've installed an original osCommerce and I've downloaded a " 2.2 MS2 Complete chinese(big5) install Pack", I've gone through again the installation process which is written in Chinese, after it said I've complete the installation process and it's been sucessfully installed. I click on the screen with "Catalog" and "Admin" written in Chinese, but the following message shown whichever button I click on:

 

Warning: main(includes/languages/tchinese.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\catalog\includes\application_top.php on line 285

 

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/languages/tchinese.php' (include_path='.;C:\Program Files\xampp\php\pear\') in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\catalog\includes\application_top.php on line 285

 

I found in the file "application_top.php" line 285 showing as following:

 

// include the language translations

require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . '.php');

 

There are some files in the packages (including "install folder", "includes folder" and I've put them all under "catalog" folder.

 

Could anyone tell me what should I do? I could not go back to english main page since then!!!!

Hi,

Are you sure the file includes/languages/tchinese.php exists? Have you put the language files in the right place?

 

If you have not deleted the english language, try this:

index.php?language=en
