wiggy Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 Everytime we update an order to shipped, or processing, or cancel, etc, it send US an email as well as customer, and we cant see how to turn this off. Do you know? Thank you! :blink:

If this is checked, then the customer will recieve an email. yes, we are aware of that, we explained, we WANT the cusotmer to be notified. however do do NOT want a copy of the notification. anyone else have any idea? thanks

kgt Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 Look in orders.php. See if there is more than one line that calls tep_email(). This is the function that sends the emails. There should only be one, and it should be sending the notification to the customer. Contributions Discount Coupon Codes Donations
