LittleScientist Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 I have 4 times within a week whereby my shopping cart (basic OSC setup) have the customers signed up, they apparently ordered, and pass onto the PAYPAL which they successfully completed the fund payment process but somehow OSC didn't record that order. That was kind of embarassment as we dont know what they have ordered.. As the products ordered are not transferred to the paypal invoice...(paypal always only show N/A N/A).. there is no way for us to identify what they ordered and have paid for unless we actually CALL THEM UP and to ask for confirmation. Folks, What is the fix or resolution to dis ? Is there a fix, a upgrade ? Does someone have the same problem. I search the forum but couldn't find any previous thread... Hope some of u can share some insights.. Desperate....Dan
