looks like your catalog\includes\configure.php file is incorrect. I would expect another directory level before the osc catalog but then again...

Check if you have this file with an ftp tool

/httpdocs/includes/application_top.php

its where this error reports that the file doesn't exists.

Can anybody please help?

The problem is not your application_top.php file so there is really no reason to post it.

osC is not able to find the file because it is looking in the wrong place.

As noted already the problem is probably in your includes/configure.php file so that is the file we need to see (minus the database info)

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

my guess is that the following path is not correct

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/elite-electronix.com/httpdocs/');

I would double check on your fs path and make sure that it is correct

Thank you for the insight. but how would i know what it should actually be?
