Hello-- I need help please!!! My images in my store are fine but when you hit "click to enlarge" nothing happens- pic stays the same size. I have messed with the images height and width but everytime I do, it makes my normal pics distorted. what do I need to be doing?????

When you click to enlarge the image should open up in a new window. You could have a pop up blocker stopping them.

To keep your images from distorting set either the height or width in the admin and leave the other blank.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

Yes, sorry, I do get a new window that pops up, it just is the same size as my image picture and I can't make it larger. I will try setting width without height and see what happens. Thanks!!

The popup is going to be the actual size of your image if you want them larger you are going to need to use larger images as osC does not enlarge them.
