Problem with quantity not working at checkout

Hello

 

I am very green and very new to os commerce. Our website, www.stainlessworks.net, has been ueing os commerce for a while and one of our customers reported that when trying to buy a quantity of an item (4 pieces, in his example), he can change the quantity but when he goes to check out it changes the quantity back to (1) and will not let him buy multiples of the same product. Can anyone give me good direction on what needs to be changed?

seems ok, does your customer clicks the "update cart" button after he changes the quantity? You could try it yourself to make sure it works.
