need some help to get OSC to work

I got Apache2 and php 5 and OSC 2.2 and mysql 4.0

 

i can se the index.php from OSC2.2

but when i push install nothing hapen:(

 

i have server

amd 2500xp

1024 Gb ram

120 gb HD

 

but how do i make a SQLimport database.
