Hello, has anyone experienced this....

 

A customer made a purchase from our site (with PayPal) and there was a delay in the payment verification being updated. The customer emailed us because he didn't get an email confirmation, I assume because of the delay. When the PayPal account was checked, the transaction had gone through ok, so I manually edited the order to 'processed' status. The customer was then sent a confirmation email, which contained a link to his account history.

 

The link should have had the secure server url:

 

https://*******.xssl.net/***********.com/ca....php?order_id=7

 

but instead had the website url:

 

https://***********.com/ca....php?order_id=7

 

I checked the includes/configure.php file and all was ok, so I'm not sure whether the manual order edit had something to do with it.

 

Can anyone please help?
