Attributes not showing in Oscom invioce

Here is my other problem..

 

on some items i have 3 Attributes. When someone pays with paypal I only get two Attributes listed on the paypal invoice and none on the oscom invoice on the oscom invoice it just shows as ( ) with nothing in them. I also have a payment option COD when customer using that I get all the info I need with all 3 Attribute and no problems

 

this is my oscomm invoice (1 x () = $38.00) I should have the one

 

now I get a paypal invoice that looks ok but it only show 2 out of the 3 Attributes.

 

Has anyone encountered this problem ? If so is there a fix ?
