no Administration Tool, only catalog!

Just installed oscommerce 2.2 on the site.

 

went through the whole installation until the end where it said installation successful but when i go into catalog/admin it states:

 

Warning: main(includes/configure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxxxxxx/customtubesinc-www/catalog/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 29

I got into the admin tools screen!

 

Again thans a bunch!

Now i am able to see the admin screen but nothing links off it.
