Looking for a tax module.

I have to charge 8.25% sales tax for customers who are in the state as me. However, the default install of osCommerce seems to like applying it to ALL purchases..

 

Can someone help me find a module for this, or (and I'm sorry if this is the case) explain to me how to get this done in osCommerce without mods?
