I cant find my orders??! (ePDQ)

Hi

 

Ive nearly completed (I think!) an oscommerce site using ePDQv2.

 

Ive tried the shopping cart myself live via credit card which came up as accepted. The problem is, when I go to my Barclays admin section and look up my orders, the order is there but all I get is an OID and the name and address of the customer and the final price......how on earth do I find out what the actual item was that the customer has bought?

 

Ive contacted EPDQ support but they cant help me further as they dont support oscommerce. What they did tell me is that it looks like theres something wrong with the handling postback response?

 

Please could someone give me a hint as to what this could be as I havnt got the foggiest!

There is a very large support thread for ePDQ in the Contributions Support Forum. That's your best place to look, as it is a specialised subject.

 

You can also get the ePDQ staff to look at their error logs and send you the information.
