I want to send a gift certificate for 5 free downloads or 5 dollars off their purchase at my store. But should I make the same gift coupon code for every card, or do I need to make seperate ones for everybody? What's the best way to do this? How is this supposed to work. Please help if you can. thanks. The normal way would be to use the same code for everyone, unless you don't intend to distribute them to very many customers. Make sure that you leave the uses per coupon blank otherwise the coupon will expire with that many uses. For example set to five and five people use it, the sixth who tries won't be able to. The uses per customer you can set to one is usually normal or any number you wish and that particular customer can use the coupon that many time.
