hi nobody seems to have answer to my problem when a customer logs into there account and goes to check out the first page of check out loads ok but when they go to the next page it does not load correctly it is missing buttons and has pushed the boxs bestsellers,cart contents ,etc off the page but if your click on your ip toolbar refresh button it loads ok please can someone help me

It sounds as though you have been editing the root level file of the page which won't display properly. The best advice, and quickest solution, is to upload an unedited version of that page.
