Info Box Help

How to I add my own info box/image box to the right hand side of my site?

 

I want to be able to add a box/image that say my phone number and a box/image for my live help script.?

 

Also, how can I make a new page on the cart so I can (if I can) add a php include to include my FAQ's script/page?

 

Anyone know how please?
