help please - custom pc creater installation

Please can some one help, I have followed the instructions to the point. this is my header.php if you look down the code you will see some stars.

 

between the stars is the code i enter but when I upload the file i get a parse error.

 

can any one one please advise me on what I am doing wrong..

I don't know much php but I'd try using 2 single quotes and not a double quote after, file name custom build.

Since it's a nav link, maybe if it's in the nav link table it'll work.
