cpath, spam, and indexing

Currently, my oscommerce product and category pages are not getting indexed. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this and everything I read says that you need to convert dynamic to static urls which I did by installing Ultimate SEO contrib (I did this over 3 months ago BTW). A couple things I noticed that might be causing the problem and could use help with:

 

1. The cpath on product pages still appears so that it looks like:

http://www.triodisplay.com/catalog/model-1....html?cPath=485

 

2. I have it so that it outputs the same information for title, meta keywords, and meta description. I'm wondering if this hurts more then it helps.

 

<title>MODEL # 1050 DECO ARCH TRIO Display</title>
 <META NAME="Description" Content="MODEL # 1050 DECO ARCH">
 <META NAME="Keywords" CONTENT="MODEL # 1050 DECO ARCH">

 

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated. I currently have Ultimate SEO, and Header Tag Controller.
