Looks like you have put a lot off effort in too this site well done. i think changing the santa will help and toning down the blue would not go a miss.

To many advertisments for other sites. Do you want people to leave you before checking your own products. Looks to me that you are more interested to get fees from advertisments then to actually sell something. Sorry if I'm so hard.

Some corners to be changed: categories and shopping cart box. Then you should cange the title in the browser bar (oscommerce to site name for ex). And I think the background is a bit too blue. Maybe find a different shade? Think about changing the three icons in the header.

 

I see you've done a lot of work but you could try more. It's a good start.

i suggest you read opinions about other sites posted here and you'll get tons of ideas. Doing this helped me a lot...and I'm still not satisfied 100% with my site.
