Problem with blank page

Hi.

I need advise.

I have successfully install oscommerce on shared web server.

I load pages catalog/index.php without problem but after that if i press some button or choose a link, blank page apear. If i press Back button on IE the start page do not load, only blank page.

But I found one strange thing. When I load start page (catalog or admin is same thing) and wait about 10min. I can load any other page, but can load only one page. I try load on start up different pages (expl . login.php) but same thing happens.

What should I do to with this? How fix it? I do not have permission to change any *.ini files.
