I'm not a computer programmer and so need a bit of an idoits guide with the answers. Thanks in advance. 1st, how do i password protect my files? I know it tells you to do this in install, but i can't work out how to do it. 2nd, I have seen on a few other oscommerce website that there is an affilates area. I presume this is for business to business trade, but can't work out how to activate on my account. Im grateful of all the help i can get. I know it tells you to do this in install, but i can't work out how to do it. #####Ask your host they will tell you how to protect your admin files(changing the name of the admin folder to something else is handy to) 2nd, I have seen on a few other oscommerce website that there is an affilates area. I presume this is for business to business trade, but can't work out how to activate on my account. #####Search contributions section for Affiliates there are many options in there pick the best to suit your needs and follow instruction carefully (back up all your files offline first) Im grateful of all the help i can get.
