ECHO Module Support - INVALID TERM ID 1013

Hello,

 

I am a newb and would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions anyone can offer :)

 

Heres the problem: I am receiving the following error message from the Echo Module when attempting to process a credit card...

 

Verification of your account FAILED.

Please go back and reenter your credit card information.

INVALID TERM ID 1013

 

I read the other posts regarding the error messages and they were all resolved because of wrong username or paswords...I have double checked and tested all the ECHO username/PW info in the Module. I also reinstalled using the secure server and have been receiving the same message.

 

I am at a loss and don't know what else to try at this point. Again any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance!! B)
