Writing Reviews Coding needed!

My client would like to have the last name that is displayed on a writers review http://greenforlife.ca/store/catalog/produ...28&reviews_id=3 only show the first initial of the last name. Is this possible to be coded?

 

Also, how can I dsiplaye the writers City under the by whoever field? I would like it to display like this:
