send request to 2 different forms ???

hello community

 

i am integrating a combination of an external cms and oscommerce in one userplattform, and face a problem concerning comfort for the user.

 

i want to send a request, by a single input form, to to different forms, and procceed it

 

the cms offers the possiblitiy of frontend public and non public areas with login and password. oscommerce needs user and passwort for the standard shopping process.

 

nice would be a single login for both!

 

as both have their own db and user tables, i thought of processing the loginform simultaneously hidden to the cms and osc.

 

same for the search.

the cms offers full search and it woudbe nice to have a single searchbix and transfer the request tothe cms searchform as well as to the osc searchfrom and display the results in two blocks one beaneath the other.

 

any ideas how to start this?
