Does anyone know why this line is incorrect, please?

I have tried many many changes, but it is still sick.

It came from a table in the html that I must insert into the php for the privacy.php file, from a bold line in healthy html, which was originally made in a Visual Studio based generator.

These are Java calls to outside help windows that pop up with definitions of what the topics and the major words and terms used inside the document mean in 'natural language' English
