easy questions about create "register" text link

Hi guys,

 

i want to create a register text link and links to create_account.php,

 

I want this text link only show up when customer is NOT login, how can i do this?

 

i noticed the log off text link:

 

<?php if (tep_session_is_registered('customer_id')) { ?>
  <a href="<?php echo tep_href_link(FILENAME_LOGOFF, '', 'SSL'); ?>" ><?php echo HEADER_TITLE_LOGOFF; ?></a>

 

 

but this text link only show up when customer is login and become invisible to guest, and what i want is opposite to this logoff text link.
