It won't let me order

It won't let me order .......... If I add an item that has a price to it, when I click 'Continue' it keeps coming back to the same place.

 

BUT, when I add a no value item ($0.00) it continues to the order process

 

PLEASE HELP

Does the item that prevents you from continuing have a quantity? If the quantity is 0, it will do that, depending upon your admin settings.

I get to the 'Delivery Information' part and if an item is a zero value ($0.00) it proceeds to the next screen. If the item is a value, it continually comes back to 'Delivery Information'. I have tried this with 0 inventory and also with 1 inventory and the same thing happens.

 

PLEASE, I need help............

Do you have a link to your store? Something someone can look at to try and help? It should only bounce back to Delivery Information if no shipping method was chosen.
