Change table headings and properties

i want to create a shoe site on the products description i want to change this to say shoe size and in that section have a drop down list box where one could select the shoe size for the given value

 

what is the easiest way to get a drop down list box that will record the shoe size indicated by a customer

 

i do not really have to get rid of the product description but it is not needed for my site
