Money Tranfert module and no Birthday

hi,

im looking for a payment module. i want to have bank transfert (in german: ?berweisung) in my shop with informations like iban, bic, bank id.

 

2nd problem: i dont want to have my customers register and check their email first. where can i switch that off?

 

3rd problem: i want my customers to enter their birthdate but dont require that. is there a possibility to change that? same with gender etc.
