Header Tag Controller

Hi I have installed the Header Tag Controller and all is working well apart

from when I go into the Text Control section and try and change the

Default Keyword(s) for Index.php it keeps reverting back to the default

Hardware Software DVD Movies What'''s New Here?

I have tried clearing out the tags and that doesnt seem to work either.

All the new pages I have done seem to work.

 

I'm wondering if I need to set permissions to be able to write to those files

eg. CHMOD 666 but does anyone know how I go about setting file permissions when I am running a local server on my PC at home. I know how to do this VIA FTP on remote hosts but have never done it locally.

A number of people have mentioned that problem but I cannot duplicate it. I use the last version I uploaded (2.5.5, Sept. 7th). You may want to try that version and see what happens. All you need do is copy the files in admin over the ones you have.

I wonder whats causing this all the other fields aren't defaulting only the

one mentioned.

Problem solved I just found where the default Keywords were bening grabbed from and overwrote them.

There is a fix for that posted in the Header Tags support thread now.

In includes/languages/english/header_tags.php. But it would be better to apply the fix I just referred to.
