Payment method problems

Recommended Posts

Hi

When someone goes to checkout and gets to "payment information" there is no options displayed even when is selected in admin. Has anyone come accross this before?

Im having this exact problem.

At first I had paypal working when i first installed, but then I tried to setup a second payment method and that resulted in nothing working.

I tried to uninstall both payment methods and install only paypal again but still no luck....

Im wondering where does OScommerce store payment module info? in the DB cause i could not find a table for this in the DB......

have you guys noticed anything up there

Ok Peeps...

This problem is to do with the Zone issue.....in the payment module configs.

I had stated that I only wanted payment method to be enabled for a zone (UK) which i had created...

But in my address field I think it sets zone as United Kingdom and therefore payment does not show up because the UK and United Kindom are obviously different and therefore it states that for my zone United Kingdom there is no payment zones set and therefore does not show any payment options at all.

Does this make sense? So set your zone configs in payment options to none and your shop options should come back.

I will keep you guys updated
